Welcome to Cape Cod Nordic Walking! Before you sign up for one of our numerous, varied, and amazing walking events, you are required to participate in an Instructional Clinic.
Nordic walking will not only turn your walks into full-body workouts, but it will enhance your quality of life in multiple ways, which you will learn about in class.

* Steps leading up to the Nordic walking technique that will engage up to 90% of your muscles
* Discussion on how to use Facebook to sign up for events and how to choose a walk that’s right for you.
There will be opportunity to practice at each level of progression and then we will take a short walk.

The badges are $5 (cash only/exact change please) which helps defray the costs associated with maintaining this club run entirely by trained volunteers. The membership, instruction, and walks are all free of charge. For anyone who is unable to pay $5, we will waive the fee for your badge.

** There are a limited number of loaner poles. Please comment on this event if you would like to borrow poles for this session.
In the event of cancellation, notice will be posted here at least one hour prior to the event, so check before heading out.
